PASC Clothing
Clothing for players for both games and practice is now purchased through the “MY Uniform” section of the ONLINE STORE at Pro Soccer. Additionally, we also have a SPIRIT STORE in a separate section of the site so friends and family can also purchase Palo Alto SC logo gear.
PASC Player Uniform
NOTE: If you have not received an invite for the Online Store, click HELP with Online Account and one of the club level clothing coordinators will check into the issue.
Getting your uniform has two parts:
Step 1) Getting the correct sizing: This can be done during store hours at Pro Soccer in Redwood City. Note, we are hearing from families that the Nike uniform runs a bit smaller than the Adidas uniform so you may need the next larger size. Some sizing kits are also circulating with some managers
Step 2) Ordering your uniform: PASC will upload your team roster information. This is the process that Pro Soccer has asked us to follow and that they use successfully with other clubs to better keep track of orders.
When a player is entered into the system, an automated invite to create an account is sent to the email associated with the player. The email will provide instructions on how to create an account and login to the online store. An email address can be associated with more than one player, and the one account will provide access to order clothes for all players associated with it.
PASC Managers
To make use of certain features in the system, we have created Birth Year containers for boys and girls rather than generate individual teams. By default the system does not allow duplicate numbers within a team which means this can enforce it so we don’t have duplicate numbers in a Birth Year. The downside is that each team can only have one contact and that will be the Blue team manager.
To create your list for data load, please go to the GOOGLE TEMPLATE and make a copy, then share it with the other managers in your age group. The template has sections for players for each team. Once you are ready to have the teams loaded into the online store, share the document with uniforms@pasoccerclub.org and someone will load the team for you.
At this time only one contact is allowed and that contact will be notified when the main order is ready for pickup. Individual fill-in orders in the future will notify the player directly.
