At SVSA we approach our training based on the unique needs of each athlete, which vary according to their individual physiology and position.
Our focus is to maximize the player’s performance training and enhance their technical soccer skills to ensure that each athlete reaches their full potential.
We begin by collecting data on every single athlete and analyzing the information to determine how can we improve the athlete performance.
We generate a customized workout plan with a daily routine, not limited to but including: injury prevention, corrective and performance training exercises.
Over the course of the training we make adjustments to maximize the athlete’s physical and mental development.
The athlete is retested every few weeks and their individualized training is adapted and evolved based on these findings.
